With more than 21 years of kitchen experience, Chef Travis Wilson currently serves as Regional Executive Chef for RS3 Strategic Hospitality and Executive Chef for Blue Wahoos Stadium in Pensacola, FL.
Wilson's background includes many styles of cuisine. Before joining RS3, he served as a kitchen supervisor and later executive chef for high-volume Pensacola Beach restaurants, a sous chef at the James Beard nominated Elise Coastal Dining, and executed events, which included the ARC Gateway Gala, ACC basketball tournaments, Wake Forest University football games, and Golden Gala events in Tallahassee, FL.
