Executive Chef Jeremy Martinez joined the RS3 Strategic Hospitality team with more than 20 years of industry successes as well as intimate knowledge of the culinary scene throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. As a Certified Culinarian, he’s had the rare opportunity to hone his talents at prestigious locations that include Diamond Oaks Country Club, Timarron Country Club, and the Gaylord Texan Resort. His cuisine has even been featured on the Travel Channel’s television show Food Paradise.

As a proud native Texan, he brings a decades-long passion for food; highlighted with our local cuisines. You can find these indigenous influences throughout Riders Field on menus like Frisco Smoque and Rojo’s Mexican Hideaway. His vision for the gameday experience focuses on rich, memorable flavors that bring back the sights, sounds, and smells of the ballpark.
