Chef Emad Amer joined the RS3 Strategic Hospitality and Choctaw Stadium teams bringing with him a global culinary perspective. A native of Egypt, he graduated from the Institute of Tourism and Hospitality in Cairo in 1995 with a degree in hospitality management. Working in five-star hotels and resorts in Egypt, Emirates and Dubai with top chefs from around the world, Amer gained expertise in many different world-renowned food preparation technologies. With more than 26 years of experience within the hospitality industry, he has mastered Southeast Asian, Mediterranean, German, Italian, French and American cuisine. Prior to joining RS3, Chef Amer worked at the Emirates Palace in Abu Dhabi and the world-renowned, two-Michelin-star Wakuda located in the Venetian Resort Las Vegas.

Amer is an avid runner and devout family man. He enjoys long runs and spending time with his wife and son when he isn’t delighting the culinary pallets of guests around the world.
