RS3 operates seven permanent, uniquely-branded proprietary storefronts, with concepts developed by our design and culinary teams. This accounts for over 40 permanent points-of-sale, which we supplement with an additional 30 portable points-of-sale and hawkers. 

We also serve premium clientele in 31 luxury suites with a first-class menu that offers more than just traditional stadium fare, as our chefs prepare items á la minute in front of our guests on volcanic lava rock or Himalayan salt slabs. The Hall of Fame Grille, located inside the Intel Club, is our exclusive table-service restaurant which features unique spins on baseball favorites, each presented in its own eclectic vessel. We also provide in-seat service for select sections of the stadium. For non-event days, our premium department stays active with significant on-premise and off-premise catering opportunities.  

RS3’s “Grilled Cheese Dog” was runner-up in the 2014 MiLB Food Fight. In 2016 RS3’s “Lava Rock Fire & Ice” package took first place. Our “Charred Romaine Salad” won in 2017.
