On the heels of an extremely deficient performance by their food and beverage provider for Major League Baseball’s 2016 Big League Weekend at the Alamodome, RS3 was hired as a consultant and auditor prior to the 2017 event of the same name to ensure that the same operational and financial inadequacies were not repeated.  Our responsibilities included a full audit of the scheduling plan, staffing matrix and point-of-sale ratio as well as a thorough review and analysis of the previous year’s revenue, units sold and commission statement.
