KANSAS CITY, MO—May 12, 2026— RS3 Strategic Hospitality will assume full food and beverage operations at Legends Field beginning May 1, 2026. The partnership marks RS3’s entry into Kansas City and brings a curated lineup of chef-driven concepts, premium service standards and carefully selected local ingredients to the home of the Kansas City Monarchs and KC Diamonds.
The partnership encompasses general stadium concessions, premium suites, group party areas and the Legends Club. RS3 will also operate four proprietary restaurant concepts at Legends Field: Fairlane’s Diner, Rojo’s Southwestern Hideaway, Blue Ox CattleCo. and a debut artisanal flatbread concept. All menus will feature locally sourced Kansas City ingredients and flavors authentic to the Legends Field community.
